The Baxi Diverter Valve Assembly (Part Nos: 248062 or 7224343) is a complete brass hydraulic distribution block engineered for Baxi’s classic high-performance Combi and Eco boiler ranges. This heavy-duty mechanical valve housing features an internal diaphragm and spring-loaded shuttle mechanism that reacts instantly to differential water pressure and mechanical actuator tracking. By opening or closing internal ports, it dynamically manages primary thermal fluid distribution, ensuring high-velocity heated water is diverted cleanly away from the central heating circuit and focused entirely through the domestic secondary plate heat exchanger during hot water demands.
